• S$300 minimum accumulated spend must fall within 01 November and 31 December 2014 to qualify.
• Only settled transactions by 5 January 2015 will qualify.
• An email notification will be sent to the FEVO cardholder’s registered email address who qualifies to receive the S$50 CapitaVoucher.
• CapitaVouchers will be mailed to cardholder’s mailing address 4 weeks after the campaign.
• Cardholders are responsible to update their mailing address before 31 December 2014. EZ-Link shall not be responsible for any non-receipt where any mailing address detail is inaccurate.
